Hello all you people, hope your feeling good...

This is the opening line of the first song in my playlist. Seemed appropriate to welcome you with that. I'm trying to put together a playlist of great music first of all, but also stuff that may be hard to find, or might make you say "I remember that one!" and bring back some memories. So along the way you may find an band/artist you've never heard before and peaks your interest, but thats half the fun... Drop me a comment and let me know what you think.

Keep turning it up to 11 -
Scott

Roger was and is one of my heroes and turned out to be one of the most remarkable men I ever met, period. That day was a revelation for both of us, and I'm delighted that I have pics to commemorate it. So often the celebs I met didn't live up to their legends--he exceeded his!

Scott, Le Roux sounds familiar to me. Did they have a song, maybe late 70's or early 80's, called New Orleans Lady or something along that line? I like the song you posted...

That "Adio" album cover cracks me up for some reason! Never heard that version of the song, good stuff. You'll have to hunt down either "Akimbo Alogo" or the greatest hits album for the "Soda" song.
And you picked up the Kim Mitchell 5 song CD and another for 10 bucks? You got a deal!! The 5 song CD is out of print and going for an insane price on the net. "Rockland" is a bit mellow, find "Itch" and his latest one ("Ain't Life Amazing") if you don't have them yet, they both rock.

Wow...Orion the Hunter, Chilliwack (love side 2 of "Opus X"), The Headpins, Honeymooon Suite..GREAT stuff there! I finally picked up the two Headpins albums, love their first, will be listening to the second one soon.

I almost put a song by RTZ on my list (another Boston offshoot) but didn't for some reason.

Scott, I am so glad you posted the two Union songs and the two Orion The Hunter songs. I have been thinking about picking up at least on Union cd for a long time. I think Kiss really screwed up when they let Bruce Kulick get away. Do you have a suggestion regarding the better of the two Union cd's? Also, from time to time I just get on itunes or amazon and put in a group and look at the bands that pop up as similar or related to that particular band. Orion The Hunter came up on one of my music safari's. I don't think there were any samples available, so your posting is the first time I got to hear them. These two songs sound great. Would the purchase of that album be worth it?

It's from, believe it or not, ABC. It's from "Beauty Stab", they kind of went in more of a rock approach with that album and it flopped, since it caught people unaware.

Martin Briley....that song was a pain to get. Can't get it on a compilation, can't get the single albums so had to get the box set with all his albums (I believe) for basically that one song. Remember that video?
