I love RJhogs first prediction! Now that is funny! And I hope Wayne is correct, and Uncle Ted will begin a political career. But, could he possibly also continue a "cut back" rock n roll career at the same time? Or would politics leave him no time,…

Ok, a lot of new people have joined our community since I first posted this, so wanted to "bring it back out", and see if some new members would like to add their own list. Also, just out of curiosity, I counted up how many times players were menti…

I second Jon's nomination of Drain STH. While I only have 1 of their 2 releases, it is very melodic, but very dark, brooding, and heavy at the same time. Its like Sabbath music with Beatles harmony...a pretty good mix. And a couple of these ladies a…

I will definitely pick up the Pornografitti soon, and probably the new disc also. I added some songs from all the suggestions I got to the hair bands page today at lunch. As far as the year by year, I'm gonna go for as many years as I can on the music that I own. I know I can make it through the 80's and some of the 90's. One good thing about making these year by year playlists is that it reminds me of some great albums that I don't own. It motivates me to purchase some of these and also some greatest hits discs by some of these excellent bands. For instance, I just bought greatest hits discs from James Gang, Jethro Tull, Three Dog Night, Nazareth, Emerson Lake and Palmer and so forth. I'm not sure if you are aware but if you look under blog posts on the main page of classic rock revisited I have the actual playlist for each year posted. I'll keep 'em coming until I run out of music. Take it easy.

A good site to go to is www.centurymedia.com, which is Lacuna Coil's label. You can get their earlier stuff or a decent price, plus there's always some sort of sale going on. It's mostly metal, a lot of black meta, but they also sell albums from "mainstream" metal acts.

Nope, you're off the hook moneywise.....now it's my turn to wait to see how you like Lacuna Coil!

Yeah, sounds like they're desperate to get rid of Francouer for some reason. See a lot of stuff about them trying to trade him, I belive he was offered to Boston and they turned it down? Mets are dealing with a bunch of injuries right now but somehow they're pulling through. Hats off to Mr. Sheffield.

Hey Gordon, when are you gonna post some music? That Big Jim Slade disc sounds like a great place to start.

By the way, if you get a chance, check out the blog section. I've made some entries with some playlist that I have on my music player. The Nugent song is on my Axe Men playlist. Since you are such a big guitar fan, let me know if I did okay on my playlist. Thanks Gordon.
