Where Classic Rock and Metal Music Fans Hang Out

Molly Hatchet is the second greatest southern rock band to me, nobody is above Skynyrd & their first two albums are masterpieces. The late, great Danny Joe Brown had one of the most distinctive vocals of all time. I saw MH live with Blackfoot, back in 83, when I was young, wild & free. I don't know what Hatchet is doing these days, but with only one original member, I believe, it's time to hang it up. Beatin The Odds was a good album, the new frontman was okay, the title track rocked, but he wasn't DJB at all.

I always liked their cover of "Dreams I'll Never See".
