In the Big Hair bands of the 80's we can't forget
L.A. Guns, Faster Pussycat, Kixx, the Bulletboys, and Ratt. All of which had a decent run on MTV.

Scott, I do agree that Loverboy is not really a hair band. I struggled with wheter to add them or not. I went ahead and added them knowing I could always take them off. Their first album was released in 1980 so they are really just a rock band, not a hair band. I really think just the bands that started somewhere around 1984 or 85 are more suited to be called hair bands. Loverboy had some good music during the hair band age, and I think that's why I included them. "Get Lucky" was a great album in my opinion, and I totally agree with you on the song "Strike Zone" as well as "Steal The Thunder".

Hey Jeff!! I dont know if you put all the music on the playlist but I like a good bit of it. Of course, i really like Loverboy. Dont know if they would be considered a hair band. Funny, Ive been listening to Keep It Up all week; strike zone is still a cool song. Cinderella as much as i love shake me and nobodys fool, i hate heartbreak station. Great band live though. Ratt and early bon jovi is a good thing. I saw the DLR stuff from eat em and smile. Dont know if you remember, but you bought that album right before a few of us went to myrtle beach in 1986. Whitesnake was a great band with a big sound. Kings X, randy and I saw at the Gin Mill. Great band!!!
