Where Classic Rock and Metal Music Fans Hang Out

What cd's have you purchased lately? Tonight I bought:
1. Crooked X - Self Titled
2. Uriah Heep - Wake The Sleeper
3. Blackfoot - Strikes
4. Dokken - Lightning Strikes Again
5. Nazareth - The Newz
6. King's X - XV
7. Alice Cooper - Along Came A Spider
8. Mastodon - Crack The Skye

Last week I bought:

1. Journey - Arrival
2. Neil Young - Greatest Hits
3. Black Sabbath - Paranoid
4. Heart - Dreamboat Annie
5. Def Leppard - High 'N' Dry
6. Eagles - Long Road Out Of Eden
7. Night Ranger - Midnight Madness
8. Night Ranger - Dawn Patrol

Some of these I've had before and somehow managed to lose (probably that ex-wife). Most are totally new to me and I can't wait to listen. These will be on my iPod tonight and in my ear starting tomorrow. Maybe I'll actually start posting some reviews one of these days.

How does the Whitesnake remaster sound? I've heard that it's too tinny and overall does not sound good at all.

Pretty weak purchase-wise recently....

The Rolling Stones--"Undercover" (remaster)
The Rolling Stones--"Emotional Rescue" (remaster)

...but that will change since we're going on our annual roadtrip which always ends up at Fry's in Indiana so I'll probably be loading up on stuff.

Finally got around to getting Queensryche's "American Solider", and the first volume of the Kiss DVD series "Kissology".

On a side note, it was absolutely incredible (or maybe depressing?) at how many unsold copies of "Chinese Democracy" my local Best Buy had. I'm not kidding when I say they had rack after rack after rack of this CD...no way will they EVER sell them all. Whoever placed this order, must have thought a new Guns n Roses CD would fly off the shelves.

"The Visitor" by UFO, "Hellraiser" by Krokus, and "Lipstick On The Mirror" by Pop Evil.

Saw Pop Evil open for Judas Priest recently, and I enjoyed them enough to buy this CD, having never heard them before the show.
