What cd's have you purchased lately? Tonight I bought:
1. Crooked X - Self Titled
2. Uriah Heep - Wake The Sleeper
3. Blackfoot - Strikes
4. Dokken - Lightning Strikes Again
5. Nazareth - The Newz
6. King's X - XV
7. Alice Cooper - Along Came A Spider
8. Mastodon - Crack The Skye
Last week I bought:
1. Journey - Arrival
2. Neil Young - Greatest Hits
3. Black Sabbath - Paranoid
4. Heart - Dreamboat Annie
5. Def Leppard - High 'N' Dry
6. Eagles - Long Road Out Of Eden
7. Night Ranger - Midnight Madness
8. Night Ranger - Dawn Patrol
Some of these I've had before and somehow managed to lose (probably that ex-wife). Most are totally new to me and I can't wait to listen. These will be on my iPod tonight and in my ear starting tomorrow. Maybe I'll actually start posting some reviews one of these days.
Went wild at Grooveyardrecords.com (thanks again to Steve)...been listening to all 10 CD's I bought all weekend. Blues based, guitar heavy record company.
So far, really, really liking Big Jim Slade, Guitar Pete, Mountain Of Power, and Locomotive Breath.

I've ordered these the last couple days:
Lacuna Coil--"Shallow Life"
Mothers Finest--"Iron Age" (thanks to Rjhog's playlist!)
Captain Beyond--"Dawn Explosion"
Jefferson Starship--"Modern Times"/"Nuclear Furniture" (have a Japanese version of "MT" just curious if the Friday Music edition is a better remaster)
Yeah....I used to own it, but I don't know what happened to it. Probably the divorce. Anyway, I'm trying to work on completing my collection.....That's the same reason I bought the Peter Criss solo.
Lap Of Luxury, prepare to weep, funny, yet true. I also really liked the self titled album they released in 1997. Cheap Trick has always been one of my favorites.

Went to Borders yesterday. They're getting rid of their CDs and DVDs so everything was 50% off so I picked up:
Apocalyptica--"Worlds Collide"
ZZ Top--"Eliminator" (CD +DVD set)
Taria--"My Winter Storm" (ex-lead singer of Nightwish)
The Doors--"Perception" (all six of their studio albums in a boxset, extra tracks and DVD with each album)
Going back today to a different store to see what they might have....
