3. Blackfoot - Strikes
4. Dokken - Lightning Strikes Again
5. Nazareth - The Newz
6. King's X - XV
7. Alice Cooper - Along Came A Spider
8. Mastodon - Crack The Skye
Last week I bought:
1. Journey - Arrival
2. Neil Young - Greatest Hits
3. Black Sabbath - Paranoid
4. Heart - Dreamboat Annie
5. Def Leppard - High 'N' Dry
6. Eagles - Long Road Out Of Eden

Some of these I've had before and somehow managed to lose (probably that ex-wife). Most are totally new to me and I can't wait to listen. These will be on my iPod tonight and in my ear starting tomorrow. Maybe I'll actually start posting some reviews one of these days.

I havent bought that much new music lately. I bought the new one by Kiss and it is really, really good. I am shocked that they had it in them. I got these from the 5.00 rack at Walmart:
Kiss-Rock 'n' Roll Over, Hotter Than Hell, Dressed To Kill, Kiss
Foreigner-Head Games, Double Visison
Heart-Dreamboat Annie
Ted Nugent-Free For All
I also got the latest Kiss recently, and am really liking it, and I'm surprised at just how good it is. And, Dave, my local Walmart had a "cut out" bin also, with some CD's for just $2.50. I only picked up one, but it is a pretty good bootleg type of CD...a Sammy Hagars Greatest Hits Live CD...has songs like "Red", "Trans Am (Highway Wonderland)", "This Planets On Fire", "Plain Jane", and a couple of old Montrose songs, including "Bad Motor Scooter". Even though it seems to be some kind of bootleg, it sounds pretty good. Sammy and Gary Pihl both on guitar...and in one tune they do a guitar lead trade off...very cool. I remember them doing that in 1978 when I saw Sammy smoke Boston! This was well before Sammy ever joined Van Halen. I'm thinking its from the "Street Machine" tour. Very cool find for just $2.50. (anybody else just love cut out bins?).
Wolfmother - Cosmic Egg (Deluxe Edition)...only on track 4 so far, but really, really digging this.
Five Finger Death Punch - War Is The Answer
Trans-Siberian Orchestra - Night Castle
Living Colour - The Chair In The Doorway
Creed - Full Circle
and 1 book
Kiss Army Worldwide: The Ultimate Fanzine Phenomenon....I really couldn't believe BB had this, so for 20 bucks I got a nice book, full of pix of my favorite all-time band. Cool!!

How much did you pay for TSO? I pre-ordered it from Amazon for 10.99, the price when shipped was 9.99 and I just got an email stating they owed me 2 bucks since the price dropped again to 7.99.

Oh, and if you didn't know....TSO is basically Savatage. If you like, pick up their 4 others, they have 3 holiday themed albums and one regular. Good stuff, we see them every year in concert.

Nah, I did the cheap-o super saver shipping. I don't know when I'll get it, it might be held back until the new Stephen King is released in a few weeks, but that's ok. I gots PLENTY to listen to still.
